Amongst the rare and beautiful plants you can also see the Radić Pavilion, designed by Smiljan Radić.
At the Chapel
At the Chapel is an integral part of the community here in Bruton and one of our favourite neighbours. Created in a Grade II Listed, 17th-century former chapel, we are lucky to have a bakery that has the most delicious almond croissants and a huge variety of fresh bread. The restaurant has a relaxed Mediterranean approach to British food and is the perfect place for a special dinner or a sneaky pizza to take-away back to your room.
Briar
A warm, neighbourhood restaurant with its feet planted firmly in the West Country, offering small plates, snacks, sharing dishes and proper puddings alongside a thoughtful drinks menu. Run by former chef at Glebe House in Devon, Briar serves simple and delicious food from a daily changing, highly seasonal menu.
A BIT OUT OF TOWN

Run by Tom Claver, he has turned the site at westcombe to a destination where you can sample the cheese as well as their charcuterie and ‘Landrace’ bread. Next door is also a beer hall - see Woodshedding review next.
Osip
This Michelin starred restaurant is a very special place with Merlin Labron-Johnson at the helm. The tasting menu is a magical feast that will stay in your minds for a long time especially if you request the wine pairing alongside. Recently moved from Bruton High St, Osip is now a 10 minute drive away in a beautiful setting sit with it's own garden of which the fruits will be served on your plate.
